Our mission
The Campaign to Protect Patient Health promotes policies that protect patient access and adherence to the therapies their healthcare providers prescribe.
CPPH’s policy priorities include reforming health plan utilization management practices and ensuring patient-centered principles inform policies impacting patient access. CPPH serves as a platform from which patient advocates and clinician organizations can develop and promote education and advocacy resources, host events, and organize advocacy initiatives that protect access to prescribed therapies.
Projects of the Campaign to Protect Patient Health include the Value of Care Coalition. The Coalition brings together patient, provider and caregiver organizations to share perspectives in discussions of value, access and innovation, and advocates for health policies that allow for better health outcomes and fair access to affordable, high-quality treatment.
